LUCA Level Up Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Introduction
Welcome to LUCA Level Up, a service provided by JDL Consolidated, LLC. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully as they govern your use of our services, products, and website.
2. Agreement
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs, establishing a contractual relationship between you and LUCA Level Up. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you may not use our services.
3. Services
LUCA Level Up offers a series of services as described in the 2X/90 Offer. We aim to assist businesses in doubling their customer base within 90 days.
4. Fees and Payment
Payment terms will be as stipulated in the sales agreement. All payments are due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Success stories, testimonials, and other examples are exceptional and not a guarantee of individual outcomes. 6. Limitation of Liability
LUCA Level Up, its associates, and JDL Consolidated, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Dispute Resolution
You waive any right to bring legal action or sue LUCA Level Up in federal or state courts. All disputes will be handled internally, and if no resolution is reached, they will be addressed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
8. Modifications
We may revise these T&Cs from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
9. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where JDL Consolidated, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
